The Palmer Early Learning Center provides early childhood learning experiences for students ranging in age from 6 weeks to 5 years of age.  We offer a paid childcare program (ECLC) with an infant class, toddler class and Pre-K class.  Additionally, we offer early intervention special education classes for students identified with special needs beginning at age 3.  Lastly, we offer Voluntary Pre-K classes.  Our staff is comprised of certified teachers, teaching assistants, speech therapist, occupational therapists, physical therapists, health assistants and school nutrition personnel.
