The Kingsport City Schools Early Childhood Learning Centers (ECLC) are tuition-based childcare facilities that provide early childhood learning experiences which are developmentally appropriate for children ranging in age from 6 weeks to 5 years.
Play is the work of young children. Our classroom staff and learning environments promote active play, engaging academic experiences, and free exploration. Children are nurtured physically, emotionally, and academically. We take great pride in the use of early childhood best practices to prepare children for their next steps in life.

7:15 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Palmer Center - ECLC Tuition Rates
Tuition rates for all Kingsport City Schools ECLC locations are the same. Families can choose either a 10-month or 12-month option of childcare.
