➡Elementary Schools - 12:45 p.m.

Kindergarten Registration for the 2023-24 school year will be March 16, 2023 and Pre-K Screening will be held on March 23, 2023.

The purpose is to inform and discuss with parents and students the importance of mental and behavioral health, attendance, and the negative effects of truancy.

Beginning March 1, applications will be available online at www.k12k.com via the Zoning & Tuition Application link at the top of the homepage.

Those named include Michael Hubbard, Dr. Stacy Edwards, Marie Taylor, Kathleen Donnellan, and Regina Davenport.

The Board voted 5-0 to authorize Board President Melissa Woods to lead the contract development and negotiation process.

KCS is now accepting nominations (retired teachers or non-teachers) for the 2023 class of the KCS Hall of Fame, which will be inducted in July 2023.

The Board of Education meeting will now take place at 6 p.m. on Monday, February 13, 2023 (originally scheduled for February 14, 2023).
